Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to Celebrate Five Star Call Centers
Tuesday, October 17, 2017
Wichita’s newest call center, Five Star Call Centers, is officially celebrating their grand opening with an official Wichita Chamber ribbon cutting ceremony.
The call center opened its doors in the former Pizza Hut headquarters to hopeful job candidates in late August and has already welcomed 32 permanent and 100 seasonal employees of the Wichita community. Following their first successful months of taking customer service calls, Five Star Call Centers is ready to ramp up for a busy holiday season, where they will be adding an additional 200 positions.
Mayor Jeff Longwell and Pete Meitzner, City Council District II, are both scheduled to be in attendance as well as many other community representatives that were instrumental in Five Star choosing Wichita as their next location. Five Star Call Centers would like to thank the Greater Wichita Partnership, the Wichita Chamber of Commerce, the Wichita Workforce Alliance, and Mayor Jeff Longwell for making it such a smooth transition into the Wichita community.
The official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will be held on Monday, October 23rd at 4pm in the atrium of the Ruffin Building located at 9111 East Douglas Avenue.
Headquartered in Sioux Falls, SD and founded in 1986, Five Star Call Centers has also seen success at their locations in Sioux Falls SD, Fargo, ND and North Sioux City, SD, and now Wichita, KS.
