Five Star Call Centers Announces Leadership Team, Seeks Bilingual Associates

Five Star Call Centers, a national leader in the customer service industry, has announced their leadership team for the company’s fourth location in Wichita, Kansas. The company is moving Dave Basart, Director of Customer Success, and Kristi Keiser, Customer Success Manager to head the Wichita center which is located in the unique Ruffin Building. Basart and Keiser have been with the company for a little over ten years. When asked about their tenure with Five Star, both mentioned how they worked their way up within the company to grow in their leadership roles today.
The company has already started the hiring process and couldn’t be happier with the candidates that have come through so far. “The people here in Wichita have been great to interview. There are many qualified people in town and we will build a fantastic team here.” expressed Kristi.
With the hiring process starting a little over a week ago, there are positions still available within the center for people who have experience in the customer service field. Basart says, “there are many opportunities to grow with our company, and we have a special need for bilingual Spanish speaking associates to assist our callers.” Keiser also mentions the strong need to fill the positions of bilingual financial services associate.
Five Star Call Centers is planning on their first training class in Wichita on August 16th with the expected first official call to be on the 28th.
